The process generally includes the following steps:
1. Health Assessment
The assessment may include:

- Sleep, stress levels, and exercise habits
- Personal health goals, such as preventive and lifestyle medicine, energy support, weight management, or skin health
2. Laboratory Testing
Micronutrient testing may be performed to assess selected vitamin and mineral levels in the body.
3. Personalized Formula Design
A doctor or qualified healthcare professional reviews the assessment and test results to:
- Select appropriate vitamins and nutrients
- Adjust the dosage according to individual needs
The vitamins require approximately three working days for preparation. Home delivery is available for an additional fee of THB 50.
