Preparing for a Pilates Session

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows easy movement

Postpone the session if you experience acute pain, dizziness, fever, or feel unwell
During the Session
Focus on controlled breathing and move slowly according to the instructor’s guidance. Do not force your body into any position that causes pain or significant discomfort.
Stop exercising and inform the instructor immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or any unusual symptoms.
Aftercare

Who Should Consult a Doctor Before Starting?
Individuals with bone or joint injuries, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe osteoporosis, recent surgery, or pregnancy should consult a doctor and inform the instructor before beginning a Pilates program.
