Personal Training

Individualized Exercise Programs

Personal Training is an exercise program designed around each individual’s physical condition, fitness level, goals, and limitations. An Exercise Specialist will assess your needs, develop a suitable training plan, demonstrate proper techniques, and supervise you throughout each session.

The program can be adapted for beginners, individuals seeking weight management, those looking to build strength and improve overall fitness, or athletes preparing for specific sports.

Premium Training Equipment

TRIA uses exercise equipment from Technogym, an internationally recognized fitness equipment brand. The equipment supports a wide range of training needs, including strength training, cardiovascular exercise, balance, mobility, and functional movement.

Our Exercise Specialists are experienced in using the equipment and can provide guidance on machine settings, exercise intensity, and proper technique. This helps ensure that each session is appropriate, safe, and effective for the individual.

A training program will be developed according to your fitness level and goals, such as fat reduction, muscle development, strength improvement, endurance training, or functional movement.

3. Supervised Training

The Exercise Specialist will demonstrate each exercise, provide guidance on equipment use, and monitor the intensity and technique throughout the session.

4. Progress Monitoring and Program Adjustment

Your progress will be reviewed regularly, and the exercise program will be adjusted according to improvements, changing goals, and physical condition.

Expected Results

With regular exercise, participants may feel stronger, develop greater endurance, move more comfortably, and become more confident when exercising.

Those with body composition goals may notice changes in weight, muscle mass, body fat, or body measurements when training is combined with suitable nutrition and adequate rest.

The time required to see results varies depending on physical condition, training frequency, lifestyle, nutrition, rest, and individual consistency.
