Swimming Program

Our saltwater swimming pool uses salt together with a water sanitation system to help maintain appropriate water quality and cleanliness. Compared with conventional chlorinated pools, it generally has a milder chlorine smell and may feel gentler on the skin and eyes for some users.

The pool supports swimming lessons, skill development, general swimming, and aquatic exercise. Each activity can be adjusted according to the participant’s age, swimming ability, physical condition, and personal goals.

Professional Swimming Guidance

Swimming specialists are available to provide guidance on swimming techniques, breathing, floating, and movement in the water. They can also recommend a suitable training style and level based on each participant’s ability.

For beginners or those who are not confident swimmers, the specialist can provide step-by-step instruction, beginning with water familiarization, balance, floating, and basic swimming techniques.

Participants who wish to exercise in the pool can also receive guidance on suitable swimming and aquatic exercises to improve strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness.

Safety During Pool Activities

Before starting, participants should inform the specialist about any medical conditions, previous injuries, swimming experience, or movement limitations.

All participants should follow the pool’s safety rules and the specialist’s instructions. Swimming beyond one’s ability or holding the breath for an extended period should be avoided. Beginners and those who cannot swim confidently should not enter the pool without appropriate supervision.

Stop the activity, leave the pool, and inform the specialist immediately if you experience dizziness, difficulty breathing, chest pain, muscle cramps, unusual weakness, or any other abnormal symptoms.

Children, older adults, individuals with medical conditions, and pregnant women should receive appropriate supervision and participate only in activities suited to their physical condition. Medical advice may be required before beginning the program.

Benefits of Swimming and Aquatic Exercise

  • Helps improve muscular strength and endurance
  • Supports cardiovascular fitness and circulation
  • Helps increase flexibility and range of motion
  • Improves balance and muscle coordination
  • Helps develop breathing techniques and body control in the water
  • Places less impact on the knees, ankles, and joints than many land-based exercises
  • Suitable for those who prefer exercise with reduced weight-bearing pressure
  • May help participants feel refreshed and relaxed after exercise

Water buoyancy reduces the amount of body weight placed on the joints, while water resistance encourages several muscle groups to work together. Pool activities can therefore be adapted for general exercise, swimming practice, and physical fitness support.

Expected Results

With regular practice, participants may become more confident in the water, improve their breathing and movement control, and develop greater strength and endurance.
